Clarence Ford and Rodrick Dunson, proud chapter brothers of Omega Psi Phi, carried a long-standing dream: to return to the restaurant industry and serve their community with heart, hustle, and flavor. That dream reignited when fellow Omega man Anthony Blaylock, founder of Big Tony’s and owner of three successful locations, extended the opportunity to take over the DeSoto spot. Though not chapter brothers, their fraternal connection laid the foundation for trust, vision, and collaboration.
